- Being a lifelong resident of Metuchen has afforded me not only wonderful friends, but a sense of community that has kept me involved with Metuchen's growth over the years. From the development of our downtown, which has many fine shops and restaurants to our train station which commuters love since its only a 35 minute train ride away to Manhattan, Metuchen has it all. Great schools, wonderful people with its own Main Street filled with sidewalk cafes and friendly neighbors. All this within a 3 mile radius. We'd be happy to share our town with you. Managing an office of 25 real estate professionals is rewarding and never boring. Professionally, I opened this office in 1982 and originally the name was Winhold Realty. I joined Prudential Real Estate Affiliates in 1988 and thereafter was affiliated with the ever-growing Prudential New Jersey Properties in 2000, becoming their first acquisition.
